Hi, I’m Sue Borud! I got my start in real estate in 2016 in my hometown of Bismarck, where I built a strong foundation helping friends, neighbors, and new faces find the perfect place to call home. In 2022, I made the move to Fargo and have enjoyed getting to know the Valley ever since. I love getting to know my clients and guiding them through one of life’s biggest decisions with honesty, care, and a strong sense of service.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my grandchildren, spoiling my pets, or reading a good book.
